There is a free open air festival taking place in Zug this weekend. Rock the Docks starts this Friday and continues until Sunday! The festival is a platform for young artists and performers from Zug and Central Switzerland, which is celebrating its tenth edition this year. At this three-day festival, young musicians and designers will be presenting themselves to a wide audience in the fields of music, dance, art and the transfer of culture. Steinenstrasse is a small, colourful, cobbled street close to the Löwencenter and this Saturday they will be hosting a street party: Steinenstrasse Fest 2017! The party starts at 11am with a welcome drink. From noon onwards there will be entertainment for all ages. In addition to a historic tour, a Töggeliturnier and a supervised children’s programme, there will also be a variety of food and drink stalls serving up tasty treats! Are your kids interested in Theatre? The Lili Centre (Alpenquai 40A, 6005 Luzern) have a new kids theatre group starting this Saturday from 10:30 – 11:30! The Luzern World Theatre Company (LWTC) will be preforming their Christmas show on the 2 & 3 of December. Moms in Balance is the specialist in training the female body during and after pregnancy. They offer outdoor workouts that will keep you fit and strong! This Saturday they will be hosting a special event: ‘Indian Summer in Luzern’ at Ufschötti (Alpenquai, 6005 Luzern, Switzerland) where you can experience their workout programme, ask questions about working out during and after your pregnancy, meet other mums (and mums to be) and enjoy some healthy snacks! Sunday is the Luzern Sport Clubs Day (Tag der Luzerner Sportverein) where adults and children can take the opportunity to try out a new sport.
