connect, grow & thrive.

SIS Rotkreuz-Zug Open House Day

SIS Swiss International Rotkreuz-Zug cordially invites you and your children to visit and experience their international school atmosphere on 25 October 2017 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Feel free to bring your friends along and observe learning in preschool, primary and secondary classes. The SIS concept of immersive education in German and English leads to native speaker competence in both languages.

SIS faculty members are all native speakers of their language. They not only use their mother tongue for teaching in the classroom, but also on the school yard, at lunch, and during events and excursions.

The immersion method and instruction by native speakers exposes students to the rational, emotional, and cultural dimensions of the second language.

Several buildings at a privileged location are home to our school, where since 2012, children and teenagers have been experiencing immersive bilingual education, continuous from kindergarten to primary and secondary school. Learning two languages does not follow a simple formula such as one plus one equals two. Real bilingualism in German and English is an exciting gift for life.

SIS Swiss International School Rotkreuz-Zug has been offering bilingual education, based on an established concept founded in 1999, within the Canton of Zug since August 2012. We are a growing population of eager, energetic learners with an ever-developing reputation within the local education landscape.

Our school houses close to thirty nationalities with students, teachers and parents enjoying many facets of our multiculturalism. With this in mind, local and international events are celebrated throughout the year.

We are proudly co-educational and small enough to know every child really well so that they can flourish and achieve the very best in our happy, purposeful and challenging learning environment. We value kindness, honesty and creativity and our children enjoy positive and respectful relationships with one another and their teachers. All of this creates a secure, stimulating and exciting learning environment.

Feel free to drop by for a visit to SIS Rotkreuz-Zug. You will be met with a warm smile, excellent facilities and an engaging learning environment.
