Also happening on Friday evening, the Theater Duo Fischbach (6403 Küssnacht am Rigi) presents Stéphanie Berger with her new show ‘No Stress, No Fun’! Stéphanie is a Swiss comedian & presenter and this 2 hour performance explores the various types of stress encountered in modern life. Is stress the latest status symbol?! Happening this week is the Lozärn Lacht Comedy Festival at the Kleintheatre (Bundesplatz 14, 6003 Luzern). The Festival started in 2000 at the Schüür, before moving to the Kleintheatre in 2003, and bills itself as a platform for young, aspiring comedians from Switzerland and abroad! The shows are a mixture of full length performances and short sketches. More information can be found on the official website. If you didn’t manage to catch the circus during the summer then this weekend is your chance! Circus Nock, the oldest circus in Switzerland, are in town until Sunday (5 November)! They have pitched their tents over at the Allmend (6000 Luzern) and offer a unique programme, full of artistic excellence, traditional circus pieces and humorous performances. On Sunday, Das Zelt (Chapiteau PostFinance, Alpenquai, 6005 Luzern) presents ‘Pippi feiert Geburtstag’ (Pippi celebrates her birthday) by Astrid Lindgren – a musical for big and small! For her birthday, Pippi Longstocking has invited her friends along for an adventure! This is a great event for all the family with catchy songs to sing along to and lots of fun!
