connect, grow & thrive.

Swiss Employment Law Workshop

Are you employed or an employer? Have you wondered whether your boss can really dictate when you take your holidays? Whether you have to disclose your family plans to your potential employer? If there really is such a thing as a 13th month salary? Whether overtime has to be taken by a certain date? What to do if you are made redundant? Is there maternity leave for men?

Our speaker, Ralf Voger, is an attorney at Studhalter & Pfister Rechtsanwälte AG and a specialist in Swiss employment law. He will give you insight on such matters as employment contracts, salaries, working hours, contract termination/redundancies, privacy and social welfare. The workshop will be followed by a Q&A session.

Please join us on Thursday 22. November 2018 to learn all about Swiss employment law and your rights, as an employee or business owner in Switzerland.
