Tenancy Law Workshop

As a tenant in Switzerland you have certainly come across a myriad of rules and regulations you probably didn’t know existed. Are you really not allowed to vacuum on a Sunday or have a shower after 10 p.m.? Or did you know that when the federal government lowers its reference interest rate, you are entitled to a lowering of your rent?

Back in March our partner Studhalter & Pfister Law Firm wrote a very useful article on Tenancy Law Regulations, and as a result of the vast interest we decided to have a workshop at the LiLi Centre where you can ask questions about what your rights as a tenant are.

You will gain insight on such matters as rental contracts, your rights as a tenant, the obligations of your landlord, protection against unfair rent and contract termination, allocation of maintenance costs and the possible extension of the rental contract. The workshop will be followed by a Q&A session.

The workshop will take place on Thursday May 23rd from 19.00 and is FREE so be sure to sign up to reserve your spot.
