The main branch in Luzern is located at Bahnhofplatz 2, 6006 Luzern and is open 9am – 5pm weekdays. Their individual banking package (for people aged over 24) is free to new clients for the first year. After that the regular package fee is CHF 20.- a month (or CHF 15.- if you change to using e-documents). The package includes a personal account for incoming salary and pension payments, a savings account, a V PAY Card or a Maestro Card, credit cards and a MasterCard Prepaid. Cash withdrawals from UBS Bancomat’s are free of charge, but cost CHF 2.- per withdrawal from 3rd part ATM’s. You can open an account online via their app or in branch. Their webpage is available in English, German, French and Italian.
